What is Relovate?
Relovate is a first of its kind trip planning and booking platform. That means it is much more than just a booking tool. You can find inspiration, plan trips, consider options, collaborate with friends, family and colleagues and book travel when you are ready. You can start planning a trip right now, today, even if you are not ready to book any part of it. Think about your bucket list for travel, or think about the event you and your friends might want to attend. We make it simple to get a travel goal out of your head, off the notepad and into an actionable planning mode. Our collaboration feature is like a google doc for trip planning. It lets you easily invite others to the trip, so they can help with the plan, keeping interest and momentum moving so you can get there, do that. Everything you do in Relovate is saved to your personal account, in a trips library you control, available on demand, any time, from any place in the world with an internet connection.
What kinds trips can I plan on Relovate?
You may plan, build and book any type of trip you like. Simple trips like a round trip to Paris and back, or complex multi-city journeys when you are visiting Austin, then Denver, then LA and then off to Tokyo! Even 'day trips' to visit an attraction, are supported.
Who is Relovate for?
Anyone. Leisure travelers, business travelers, or a combination. Traveling for inspiration, or traveling for business. Traveling because the nephew is getting married. Travel to visit family, get a student back to school, or attend a reunion. We've made it easy to plan and collaborate and book these trips at your convenience and at your pace with as much involvement from friends, family and colleagues as you select.
How do I actually use Relovate?
Enter a destination from the Home page, click on icon. Search and consider options while Relovate automatically saves and stores everything you do. Collaborate it when you're ready. Book things when you are ready. That's it.
How is Relovate different from other travel sites?
Start with this: we have blended inspiration, planning, collaboration, and booking. Relovate is private, and we keep it that way by not sharing information or data with anyone. Relovate is advertising free, so there are no popups and distractions jammed in between results. Relovate does not use cookies, so we don't stalk you across the internet after you visit with us. Relovate is true, all in one site planning and booking. Everything you may wish to do in a travel plan is available in one simple to use site, no more browser tabs to open and close. Relovate lets you capture all your notes, at a trip level and at a provider level. Relovate automatically build Itineraries so you can download them into your calendar and smartphone, including all the confirmation and contact information. Relovate helps you manage your spending with our Budget tools, so you can decide which combination of hotel, flight, activity, or other service best fits your spending plan. The travel products we represent are world class, from brands you know and trust at prices which are as competitive as any site available. Relovate supports multiple travel profiles so you can book efficiently for multiple parties, in one session?everyone can be copied on the plan. Relovate connects directly to our providers, using one of the world's leading travel technology companies (Amadeus), so all your bookings are recognized by the hotel, airline or rental car company and if you've got points coming, they are yours to collect. Relovate offers customer service, available both as a help resource for cancellations and changes, and as collaborative partner. Bet of all, it is all easy to use, pretty cool and actually fun.

What is Relovate's Repeat a Trip?
We started Relovate so we could make travel planning easier, and faster. For trips you take frequently, for example, a visit to see family, or a regularly scheduled meeting with a client, you may typically use the same flights, hotels and other elements. Repeat a Trip eliminates the need to start planning this trip from scratch. Simply, select the action when you scrollover the Trip Tile in My Trip. Click the icon. A complete copy of that plan is instantly built and is ready to book. Just change your dates and then book it. We do recommend you change the name.
Account Management
Who can see my Relovate Trip?
Relovate is a private application, which means that only people who can see your trip are those you allow to do so.
How do I change any account information?
Once signed in, locate the "My Account" navigation guide on the left side of the page, or click the photo on the right side. Open it and add or edit anything we've included. You can do this as often as you like.

Sign In
Do I have to sign in to use Relovate?
No. You may book travel elements as a Guest User. If you choose this approach, none of your activity will be saved or stored, and you won't be able to use features like Consider or Price Tracker. And you will not be able to collaborate or share the trip. Registration is easy, and we only contact you when you permission us to do so. Already did a booking as a guest? Register with the same email you used during booking and your trip will be waiting for you.
If I use social login from Facebook, Google or does this mean Relovate can access everything I do on these platforms?
No, the only information that Relovate receives is the information we permission from you. As of right now they are as follows:

Facebook: email address, public profile, and a list of your friends that are also currently using Relovate

Google: email address and public profile

How do I change my password?
If you registered with an email, locate the change password option under the photo in My Account. Click it and follow the guidance. If you have used a social log in, for example, Google or Facebook, you will need to change your password with them. Social login is already verifying your account and authenticity via Facebook or Google.
Why doesn't Relovate save my credit card information?
We are working it as we speak, stay tuned. For the time being, though your information will not be stored or saved.
Closing My Account
If you would like to close your account, please email us directly at contact@relovate.com with the subject line: Account Closure. While we'll be extremely sad to see you go, we would really appreciate hearing what caused you to request an account closure so that we can improve the Relovate experience for our other customers.
Planning and Booking Trips
How do I start or build a Relovate trip?
There are 4 different places to start a trip. From the Home Page, type in a destination, and select any icon. You may do this as a guest user, if you like. From the My Trips Page, locate the New Trip tile, and select any icon. You may also start a trip from any Relovate trip link you see posted on a social site, Facebook for example. And, you may start a trip from an invite you receive, by clicking Accept Trip when a friend or colleague wants to collaborate with you on a trip.
What is Relovate's Address to Address Planning?
Exactly what it suggests. You may input specific departure and destination addresses. This makes it easy to locate everything you might need for your plan. Airports, restaurants, activities, rental cars, and so on. We save every address so you can be extra precise with your planning. For example, you need to get from your office at 200 Valley Road, Mount Arlington, NJ to a meeting at the Sears' Tower in Chicago, which is 233 South Whacker Drive, Chicago, Il. By using those addresses, Relovate makes it easy to find everything you might need near your meeting.
What is Relovate's Trip Planner?
Relovate's Trip Planner is your centralized planning workspace. Here, we organize your trip by providing space to plan all your transportation needs, like flights, car rentals and ground transportation as well as all your location needs, like hotels, restaurants, attractions, and activities. From the Trip planner, you can build out options for any and every location, or add new locations. Every action you take is captured and displayed. From Trip Planner, you can view your Itinerary?we build it for you. From Trip Planner, we also create a Budget. Launch Collaboration and Sharing from the Trip Planner as soon as you want to invite others in your planning. Everything they do will be captured in the Trip Planner as well.
What can I put in a Relovate Trip Plan?
Just about everything, including notes, hotels, flights, car rentals, limousines, activities like tours, and shows, restaurants and attractions like museum's, parks or monuments. You may also create events, like Lunch or Dinner or a Group Photo. Trips may be as simple or complex, like multi-city journey. Use our Explorer tool, powered by Wikivoyage, to gather information about related regions, cities, neighborhoods, other destinations, culture, language, getting around locally, safety and weather among others. What is Relovate's Consider Option?
A feature which empowers you to consider and save trip elements in your trip plan so you can compare, collaborate and and BOOK WHEN you're READY. The ?Consider? feature is a core planning need for today's travelers, allowing you to save and research more options or get inputs from friends, family or colleagues. Think of it as the opposite of BOOK NOW.
How do I save a Trip in Relovate?
Everything is automatically updated and saved. You don't need to take any action.
What is Relovate's Trip Itinerary?
A complete record of all bookings, and all considered restaurants and planned events. We build it dynamically as you make choices and automatically so you don't need to do anything special, hunt for emails or find notes. It displays in 2 different view options, by date or by location. All needed confirmation numbers and contact information is included. You may download the Itinerary into your calendar, so you can take it with you when you travel.
Where do I find My Trip Itinerary?
Open a trip from the My Trips page, to access the Trip Planner. On the top navigation, select Itinerary.
Where can I find information about destinations?
Relovate includes information on numerous locations, in Explorer, which we create from content provided by WikiVoyage. It is accessible from the Home Page, or anywhere you see the icon in the Trip Planner. The information provided covers a wide variety of topics, everything from weather to suggestions for surrounding areas. You can use it to research, and also to add new locations related to your first search. For example, if you are exploring a trip to NYC, you will quickly learn it is a big place. We think its helpful to make big places smaller by showing you all the different neighborhoods, and all the different things there are to do in those neighborhoods. Use Explorer to learn about these, add the ones you like and they will display in your Trip Planner. Now, you can plan specifically and precisely in that neighborhood.
How do I add a Trip Cover Photo?
From the My Trips page, your personal trip library, scroll over a Trip Tile. This reveals the action options. A Photo icon will appear. Click it. Follow the guidance.
How do I edit a Relovate trip?
Locate the trip you wish to edit from the My Trips page, your personal trip library, and click on the Trip Name or anywhere on the tile itself. The Trip Planner will display.
How do I name a Relovate trip?
A Name field appears at the top of the Trip Planner. Click the ?pencil? icon and name it any way you wish, like, ?Our Paris Anniversary."
How far in advance can I Book at Relovate?
It is up to you, and availability of course. But you can book travel elements as close to your departure as 1 day, or as far in advance as 11 months. Pricing may change based on factors like holidays, seasonality, demand for provider services, availability and available discounts.
Does anything booked include additional fees and taxes?
Relovate does not charge any fees. Some travel providers may be required to levy local, city, state and federal taxes or fees. These may appear on different services you book throughout Relovate, like flights or hotel rooms. A summary of these additional charges will be displayed in detail before you book, on your booking summary page.
Will Relovate let me make reservations for someone else?
Yes. To do this, provide that person's name and information in the guest or traveler fields. If you do this, you may want to create Traveler Profiles under My Account. These profiles will be available to you when you are booking for others, and will pre-populate the required booking information. Please note that some providers require the authorized credit card holder to be present at the time of check in. Viator, our activity partner, requires authorized cardholders of the card paying for the activity to be present.
How do I cancel things I've booked, like flights or hotels or rental cars?
Please refer to the individual travel element, especially for flights and hotels. Anything you've booked can be cancelled, but cancellation fees and penalties may be charged by the providers; these conditions will have been provided to you at the time of booking.
What credit cards does Relovate accept?
Relovate accepts all major credit and debit cards. Relovate does not store your credit card information.
Flights
How do I search for and consider a flight?
Start a flight search by selecting the ?Flights,? icon from either the Home Page or the Trip Planner. When prompted, input your preferences. You can search flights with specific departure or arrival windows. This action will return results more quickly. For example, from Chicago on August 10th to Washington DC, returning to Chicago August 14th, tell Relovate to search for non-stop flights in premium economy, for 2 passengers, departing Chicago between 2-6pm, on United Airlines. Results will display specific to those requests. Your search is saved so you can use it again as necessary.
How can I find flight?
Relovate returns up to 250 different flight options for any search request. We display the lowest cost option available based on your search requests. Results returned my be filtered by stops, travel time, airline and airports. Consider flights you find appealing or practical. We will update prices each time you return to your considered options. Round trip solutions are easily located. Select the ?check box? on any results row. This will automatically pair the lowest cost options based on a departure time you select. For example, you like the 8am American Airline flight from Chicago and want to know the lowest cost solution possible when paired with return flights. You may consider all of these to save them and review them when you are ready.
Will airlines give me reward points for flights I book with Relovate?
Yes, Relovate is a gateway to the direct reservation systems of the airlines. If your flight is eligible for rewards points, and you are a member, they will be honored by the airline.
Where does Relovate get its flights from?
Relovate connects directly to 430 different airline carriers using a Global Distribution System (also known as a GDS) called Amadeus. Amadeus is one of the world's largest providers of travel agent services, with over 500M travel bookings per year.
How do I book a flight?
From any location in Relovate where you see the ?Book? button. Click the button. Follow the guidance. Once you complete the required information, your flight will be booked and you will receive a confirmation email. Your Itinerary, and Budget will each be updated.
Does Relovate charge a flight booking fee?
Relovate is free. There are no fees.
If I book a flight Relovate, who notifies me about schedule changes?
Relovate will notify you. You may also stay up to date by directly contacting the airline through its website.
How do I use flight credit at Relovate?
Unfortunately we cannot process flight credits and gift certificates. It would be best to book directly with the airline should you have any unused credits.
How do I check-in?
You cannot check into a flight through Relovate, however you can utilize your airline confirmation code to check in directly on your airline's website within 24 hours of your departure.

Relovate Tips:

  1. Before you check in online for your flight, verify your flight schedule and travel details.
  2. You will need your boarding pass and a valid form of personal identification to go through airport security.
  3. Check with your airline for any other required documents.
  4. Arrive at the airport approximately 2 hours before domestic flights, and approximately 2-3 hours before international flights.
  5. Check the traffic conditions or mass transit conditions to estimate how much time you need to travel to the airport
How do I find Flight Confirmation Details?

How do I Change or Cancel my Flight?
You may cancel your flight up to within 24 hours of the time you booked to not incur any change or cancellation fees. Please contact us at concierge@relovate.com or at 1 (866) RELOVATE for additional assistance.
Can I select seats?
Seat selection from our online application is not yet available, but is coming soon. You can use concierge@relovate.com, and our agents will select seats you prefer on your behalf. These changes will be reflected in your trip plan. You may also go directly to the airline
What if I need to change seat assignments?
In order to change seats to an already existing reservation, you will need to contact the airline directly. You typically will only need your airline confirmation code available in your inventory, but they may request the following: e-ticket number, travel dates, destination, and the traveler name.
What are the baggage fees and other allowances?
There two types of baggage, those which the airline will allow you to carry on, or bring on board the aircraft, and those the airline will require you to check. Here are the specifics:
Carry-on baggage
  • 1 carry-on bag
  • 1 personal item
  • Carry-on bags cannot exceed 45 linear inches (the total of the height, width, and depth of the bag)
Checked baggage
Your airline's website will have specific information about baggage allowances, prohibited items, special items, and fees. Please read the Transportation Security Administration's Prohibited Items for a list of prohibited and permitted items.
Relovate Tips
  • Fares listed on Relovate include the base airfare and all applicable taxes and fees.
  • Fares do not include fees for baggage, meals, or other allowances.
  • Applicable fees and baggage policies for your trip are those of the ticketing airline.
What do I do if I missed my flight?
If you missed your flight or connection, please contact your airline for assistance.
How can I transfer an airline ticket?
Unfortunately, tickets cannot be transferred to other travelers. Please contact the airline, but usually you will need to cancel and rebook a ticket. Most airline tickets are non-refundable so please check with the airline and review your itinerary for applicable fees and charges.
What happens if there is an Airline Schedule Change?
We will notify you about your flight changes as best as we can, but things can change while en route or outside of our control. If there are any issues, please contact your airline.
Can I purchase airfare for unaccompanied minors?
No. Relovate does not book flights for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18. You will need to book directly through the airline.
What about children on flights?
You do not need to book tickets for infants under the age of 2 if you're traveling within the United States. Here are specifics related to accompanying children:
Identification
  • You may need to provide a picture ID for your child for flights within the US
  • Children of all ages will require a passport for all international flights
  • If you're traveling to Mexico with a child, you will need to provide notarized documentation and letters of permission. For more information, please visit the US Embassy website.
Car seats
Some airlines require children with their own ticket to sit in a car seat that fits and locks into the airplane seat.
Strollers
Airlines generally allow you to gate check your strollers so that you're not inconvenienced while heading to the gate. Please check with the airline upon arrival to the airport to ensure the best route of action. If you still need additional information, please check with the airlines for additional information.
Child fare discounts
Some airlines provide airfare discounts for children, but Relovate already provides you with the best offers we can find. Be sure to include the appropriate number of travelers when looking for airfare (adults and children).
Can I add travelers to a flight reservation?
Travelers cannot be added to an existing flight reservation, as they will need their own booking(s). Since airlines are constantly changing their prices, Relovate cannot promise the same price or availability for your additional traveler. We wish we could.
Hotels
How do I search for and consider a hotel?
Start a hotel search by selecting the ?Hotels,? icon from the Home Page or from any location in the Trip Planner. When prompted, input your preferences. You may enter a precise location, like an exact address or search broadly. You may also use the map search. Relovate returns results which you can either consider or book. Your search request is saved, under Show Previous Searches in the top left corner of the Results page.
How can I find a hotel?
Relovate returns up to 300 different hotel options for any search request. Results returned may be sorted by distance from your desired location, price and alphabetically. Results may be filtered by Guest reviews, Star ratings, Amenities and by a specific name you know. Discount memberships such as AAA and Military and Government and AARP are also available for filtering.
Are Relovate's hotel prices the lowest?
Relovate displays all the prices offered by a hotel to travel agents, and to the public via their websites, including various deal types, discount memberships, and special deals. So, we believe we offer the best prices a hotel provides, but the cannot absolutely guarantee every price is the lowest possible because different hotel and online site providers often display rates which look lower, but after several clicks turn out to be the same as our own.
What is the Similar Hotels filter?
A fast way to immediately find hotels similar in price, ratings, location and other factors to the first hotel result you are viewing. It eliminates the need to conduct a new search if a hotel you like isn't just right.
Where does Relovate get its hotels from?
Relovate directly connects to hundreds of thousands of the world's leading hotel properties using a Global Distribution System (also known as a GDS) called Amadeus. Amadeus is one of the world's largest providers of travel agent services, with over 500M travel bookings per year. We are adding additional providers as well.
Where does Relovate get its hotels reviews from?
Guest reviews are provided by TrustYou, the world's largest guest feedback platform with over 3M reviews. It is used by travel sites like Google Search, KAYAK, Hotels.com, Skyscanner, and 100+ more. Relovate also provides industry ratings, which apply hotelier industry standards which classify hotels as luxury, first class or standard.
Does Relovate offer discounted hotel rates?
Yes. Relovate includes discounts for AAA, AARP, Military and Government. These rates typically have proof of eligibility or membership requirements, so check the details carefully.
Does Relovate offer ?Special Hotel Deals
Yes. These will be seen when you view Rooms. Look for "Deal" in green letters. These typically are combination style offers, a certain type of room with added extras like an included breakfast or free wifi. They usually have date or length of stay requirements, so review these carefully.
How do I book a hotel?
From any location in Relovate where you see the ?Book? button for a hotel. Click the button. Follow the guidance. Once you complete the required information, your hotel will be booked and you will receive a confirmation email. Your Itinerary, and Budget will each be updated.
How I can pay for my hotel reservation?
You will pay upon your stay at the hotel in the local currency. Accepted debit and credit cards may vary by hotel.
Will the hotel charge hospitality taxes?
In the United States, some localities charge a hospitality or tourism tax on a nightly per person basis. These are displayed on your final payment page and on your itinerary. Taxes in Europe and other parts of the world are often handled differently, so please check the booking summary details before you book.
How do I find hotel confirmation details?

How do I change & cancel a hotel booking?
As of right now, we're not quite ready for you to be able to change your hotel booking on our website, but no worries, you can generally cancel the reservations (assuming your booking isn't an advance non-refundable or special rate booking) and rebook with the correct details.
  1. Simply login to Relovate and access your booking through the itinerary or the trip plan portion of your trip.
  2. You will then have the option to cancel your reservation.
  3. Select the "Cancel" button. You may cancel individual rooms if you have more than one room in your reservation.
  4. You might want to double check that the same rate is available; if it's not, please contact the hotel directly, as they should be able to assist.
  5. Please be sure to refer to the hotel's terms and conditions in the booking detail before canceling the reservation.
How do I check-in & check-out?
You can find check-in times and details on your itinerary.

Relovate Tips for Check-in & Check Out
  1. You will need a government-issued ID to check-in.If you are booking a special rate such as a military or AAA rate you will be required to present applicable identification so the hotel can verify you are eligible for this discount.
  2. Some hotels may provide an earlier check-in depending on availability; please contact the hotel directly for additional details.
  3. If you anticipate arriving to the hotel after midnight, please call the hotel to inform them of your travel plans and ensure they hold your room.
  4. You can check out before the hotel's check-out time.
  5. Some hotels offer late check-out options. Please call your hotel directly for additional information.
What if I make a mistake when I'm booked?
If you find booking mistakes with your hotel reservation, you can usually cancel your room and rebook without incurring any charges or additional fees. Please refer to the booking details in your itinerary for applicable terms and conditions.
Can I book rooms for a group?
Right now you can book up to 4 rooms in one reservation. If you need more rooms at the same hotel, you can continue to book sets of 4 rooms until there is no more availability. I've got a special request, what should I do?
If you need to make special requests, you have several options. You may contact us at concierge@relovate.com, and we will reach out on your behalf. You may send a note directly to the hotel from the hotel booking page. Or, you may contact the hotel directly. We typically provide contact information in each hotel listing.
Can I bring my pet to hotels booked on Relovate?
Many hotels are pet-friendly, and Relovate can easily help you find those hotels. When searching for hotels, simply choose that as a filter option from the drop down menus above the results. Please feel free to contact us by phone at 1 (866) RELOVATE or by email at concierge@relovate.com for additional assistance.
What about:
  • Discounts. Relovate offers discounts for members in AAA as well as senior and government rates. The room level details will show availability by room and rate type.
  • Free shuttles. It will vary by hotel, so its best to check the amenities and descriptions under the Show Details section of Relovate's hotel search results.
  • Free breakfast. Inclusion of a free breakfast will depend on the room rate you select and the amenities and other value added service the hotel provides.
  • Parking. Many hotels offer free parking. Check the amenities and descriptions under the Show Details section of Relovate's hotel search results.
  • Minimum age Requirements. Most hotels require a minimum age of 18, but some may require 21, in order to book a room. Check the amenities and descriptions under the Show Details section of Relovate's hotel search results.
  • Amenities Information Accuracy. Specific property level information is updated by the hotel itself several times per year. That means we are reliant upon the hotel to be honest and accurate in their descriptions.
Rental Cars
How do I search for and consider a car rental?
Start a car rental search by selecting the ?Car Rentals,? icon from either the Home Page or the Trip Planner. When prompted, input your preferences. You may enter a precise location, like an exact address or search broadly. Relovate returns results which you can either consider or book. You will be able to filter the search results at the top of the window. If you feel like editing your car rental search, please select the ?Modify Search? at the top left of the results window.

Relovate directly connects to thousands of car rental locations all around the world using a Global Distribution System (also known as a GDS) called Amadeus. Amadeus is one of the world's largest providers of travel agent services, with over 500M travel bookings per year. Our car rental suppliers include trusted names such as Hertz, Avis, National, Alamo, Dollar, Budget and many others.
How do I know what the prices are for car rentals?
The price quoted to you by Relovate is an estimated total that already takes into account state taxes, local taxes, airport fees. Your reservations will be booked through Relovate, but your payment will be due once your reservation has been completed. Please call the car rental company directly to inquire about any other questions you may have.
How do I book a car rental?
From any location in Relovate where you see the ?Book? button for a car rental. Click the button. Follow the guidance. Once you complete the required information, your car rental will be booked and you will receive a confirmation email. Your Itinerary, and Budget will each be updated.
What if I made a mistake when I booked my car reservation?
If you find booking mistakes with your car rental reservation, you can usually cancel and rebook without incurring any charges or additional fees. Please refer to the booking details in your itinerary for applicable terms and conditions.

Relovate cannot guarantee the exact make and model of your reservation, but the rental company should have a similar class available if the specific car you reserved is not available.
Is there a minimum age requirement to rent a car?
As a general rule, car rental companies generally do not rent to customers younger than 25.
Limos
Why does Relovate include limousine or black car service?
Some of our customers prefer scheduled pick up services, because they want a driver waiting when they arrive or don't want any uncertainty about a pick up. And, they want to control the type of vehicle they want or need, for example if they have significant baggage or multiple passengers or require children's car seats. Some of our customers have also pointed out that in peak or surge periods, on-demand services can become more expensive than anticipated.
How do I search for and consider a limousine?
Start a limousine search by selecting the ?limousine,? icon from either the Home Page or from the Trip Planner. When prompted, input your preferences. You must enter enter a precise location. Relovate returns results which you can either consider or book. You will be able to review limo choices by car type and price. Consider as many options as you like.
How do I book a limo using Relovate?
From any location in Relovate where you see the ?Book? button for Limo. Click the button. Follow the guidance. Once you complete the required information, your limo will be booked and you will receive a confirmation email. Your Itinerary and Budget will each be updated.
Where does Relovate get its limos from?
Limousine services are provided by GroundLink, a chauffeured black car service, offering point to point and airport transfer service for corporate clients and leisure travels in most major cities and 110 countries. GroundLink offers comfortable, reliable and affordable black car service, along with the industry's only on-time guarantee.

There are a variety of options available to you through Relovate, be sure to check the specifics of your booking, but as of right now, this is what we're offering up:

How do I pay for limo services?
You can reserve your limo with any major debit or credit card. Your card will be authorized for the quoted amount, but will not be charged until after you've completed your trip. Seeing as the ride can possibly change based on various reasons, your card will be charged for the actual costs incurred for the ride.
Are gratuities or tips included in the Relovate limo charge?
Yes. You are not responsible for paying the driver a tip after your ride, as that has already been included in the service.
What if I make a mistake when I booked?
If you find booking mistakes with your limo reservation, you can usually cancel and rebook without incurring any charges or additional fees. Please contact the limo company directly. Refer to the booking details in your itinerary for appropriate contact details.
How do I change & cancel a limo booking?
As of right now, we're not quite ready for you to be able to change your limo booking on our website, but no worries, you can generally cancel the reservations and rebook with the correct details.

How do I arrange for the limo pickup?
Our provider GroundLink offers a variety of different methods including through its mobile application to help track your flight and arrange pick up at the most convenient time. Other pick up points like a home or an office will simply be reflected in your confirmation details.
What if I need a car seat in the limos
Make sure you specify how many car seats and what type of seats you require when you are searching for the limo on the Limo Search Parameter page, but the driver may ask for assistance installing it.
What if I have a lot of luggage?
All luggage aside from hand luggage must fit in the trunk of the limo. If you require additional information or any other special accommodations, please contact the limo operator for assistance.

How do I search for and consider activities and tours?
Start a search by selecting the ?Activities? icon from either the Home Page or from any Location in the Trip Planner. Relovate return different results which you can filter in multiple ways, and then either consider or book. Consider as many options as you like. This is a great way to start collaborating.
How do I book an activity using Relovate?
From any location in Relovate where you see the ?Book? button for Activities. Click the button. Follow the guidance. Once you complete the required information, your Activity will be booked and you will receive a confirmation email. Your Itinerary, and Budget will each be updated.

Restaurants
How do I search for and consider restaurants?
Start a restaurant search by selecting the ?Restaurants? icon from either the Home Page or from any Location in the Trip Planner. Relovate returns restaurants provided by Yelp, including reviews, ratings and categories.
Can I book or make a restaurant reservation online through Relovate?
Not yet, though we are working on it. We do provide the contact information so you may directly reach out to the restaurant. You may add any bookings details manually by creating an Event, so it will populate in your Itinerary.
Events
What is Relovate's Event feature?
A way to manually create events in your Itinerary. For example, a group photo or a lunch, dinner or show.
How do I add an Event?
Add an event from any location in the Trip planner. Click the Events Icon. Follow the guidance. You will note that every location in your trip plan has been saved, making it easy to use those locations to create an event. For example, lunch at a restaurant you have considered.
Attractions
What is Relovate's Attractions feature?
A comprehensive listing of things to do like landmarks, monuments, and beaches, among other's, as well as a listing of personal and business services you might find helpful, like banks and pharmacies and transportation hubs.
How do I search for Attractions?
From any Location in the Trip Planner, select ?Attractions.? A map view will display. Enter a destination and Relate will return a list of options, defaulting with landmarks. Multiple categories are available for you to search, including Monuments, Parks, Historic and Protected Sites. Relovate also brings back a wide variety of services you may find useful, such as pharmacies and medical offices.
