When you use Relovate you are providing information about you, by you, and for you. We have purposefully engineered the application to provide a wide range of travel related content and information and we expect to continuously build on this. We have done this because our strategy is to make planning the entire trip, and booking the elements – hotels, car rentals, flights, and so forth – easy for you. In doing so, we hope to save you time and reduce or perhaps even eliminate your need to visit multiple other travel sites, rely on search engines, or go directly to providers. In general, there are two ways we will learn about you; what the application learns from your search, retrieval, and booking actions, and what the application learns by asking you specific questions, such as gender, birthdate, address, and so on.
Both collection forms are in place because we want to learn about you, and then apply that learning back to you on your behalf, for your next trip plan, so that it is more personal, more relevant and more expedient for you. Over time, it should work in the same way an excellent assistant supports your needs and preferences. For example, if you continuously search for hotels rated 3 stars or better, then we want to prioritize hotels, which meet that preference. If you consistently travel to the same address, we’ll remember that address to save you time later when you need to find services around that address.
As a result of this approach, as well as each time you build a trip with Relovate, you are rewarding yourself, because the application is getting smarter about what you search for and book, or whom you travel with or the destinations you have interest in.
